Longtime readers of this blog (LOL, what?) know that there's nothing that makes me more uncomfortable than talking about race. I prefer to just apologize whenever the subject comes up. I'm sorry I'm even writing this post. Can we talk about the weather instead? That's why I'm so glad there are black people like David Alan Grier who can talk about race without any discomfort. Can you imagine what it would be like to talk about race if there were no black people?
